Locate, provide career path guidance, introduce a mentor and show them how to make it happen. Change the path.

If you are interested in volunteering some of your time to mentor a victim about your job/career, please review our mission objectives, consider what our goals are,and importantly- if it's a realistic fit for you and your time. We will, of course, have to do a bit of vetting in order to create a safe place for our people to work together. 

What do we need? Motivated individuals who want to guide people on the best-practices of how to obtain a similar career, how to get it and then how to be successful; all in the spirit of kindness and compassion.

Ask yourself the following questions: 

Do you have time to chat with them, find out if their likes and needs are a good match? 

Can they shadow you and/or assist you in order to gain real-life experiences? 

Can they contact you with questions/advice (with a set limit decided by you)?
